Rachel is still getting up every night and as for Jack, he is still up regularly. On a good night he wakes at 12, 3, 5, and then up at 7. On a bad night he us up every hour to hour and a half.
On mothers day Rachel, Jack and I went over to great grannies house where we saw granny, grandad and uncle Andrew. We had a lovely lunch and eventually had to leave when I think we had tired everyone out! Just as we were leaving there was a massive downpour so I got drenched getting everyone strapped in to the car and half way home i realized how damp and uncomfortable I was down my back from leaning over as I was getting Rachel strapped up!
The day after uncle Andrew came over for lunch. He came with us then to drop Rachel at playgroup and stayed for a bit playing with Jack until I had to go and pick Rachel up again.
The last 2 sundays have been lovely weatherise so when we've been over to collect Rachel from grandma's we have gone down to the forge mill museums there is a little playground there and we have sat out and had ice creams. This week, daddy and Ben came too which was nice and as we didn't have to rush home to Ben we even stayed for tea too.
I have been seeing becci and Millie regularly too which is great , Millie is growing fast although I do officially hate them as Millie sleeps for 8 or 9 hours straight at night...grrrr! This week I took the Kidd over to becci's for lunch and in the afternoon we took the 3 of them to daventry country park. Rachel went on the swing and slide but there was a lot of kids around as it is Easter hols so I think she was a little bit overwhelmed. We also fed the ducks before heading back to becci's. Rachel loved meeting her menagerie - 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, 3 rabbits and some fish!
Today was another gorgeous hot day. Rachel was at mandy's then when she came home I filled the paddling pool for her and before you could say let's go outside she was in it and naked! I managed to get her into her swimming cossie and she played out there for an hour before tea.
